Can’t decide which house? I will look at two, tell you which one has the least problems and write the report for the one of your choice for the price of one inspection.

Showing or previewing a house? If you have some concerns that may hinder the sale I will do a one or two item inspection. These are reasonably priced.

House need a little work? It is a shame to lose a sale because of condition. This does not have to be. A 203(k) loan will get the motivated buyer in most times! I will conduct a feasibility study at the subject property with you, your realtor friends and clients. Please note: we will discuss the construction portion of the loan only. The acquisition portion of the loan is best explained in the office with an FHA certified loan officer.

Investors are an intrepid bunch. Owning rental property is not always easy. To help you maintain you relationship with your investors I will conduct an inspection of the major problem areas of a rental unit and write a short report for far less than a full Work Write-up.

Compress your time! I will preview three houses for you. Major deficiencies will be noted and hopefully dealt with so they do not come as a surprise and compromise the sale.
